How do I request a price?
You will need to select “Request a Price Enquiry” above, complete the details and then we will generate a quotation for you. Once the quotation has been generated, you will receive an email notification and you will be able to view your price enquiry. You will need to accept the price enquiry to begin the ordering process.

What product is ideal for my project?
You will need to contact your builder or engineer for guidance.
Will AfriSam assist with the floating and handling of the readymix concrete?
No, you are responsible for the handling and placing of any concrete discharged from the delivery vehicle or pump. AfriSam is a producer and supplier of readymix products only. You would need to provide your own labour to offload, place and float off the concrete in its final position. You are only allowed an hour to offload a full truck load of readymix, so will have to provide adequate labour to offload within the 60 minutes allocated time.
How far in advance do I have to cancel or amend my order?
We require a minimum of 24 hours for normal orders, and a week if you require an AfriSam pump. You will need to contact the AfriSam contact centre directly on the following contact number “0116705777” should you wish to cancel or amend your order. On the day cancellation – Due to weather related issues (rain). You would need to cancel before the truck is loaded. If the truck is loaded and has not left the plant and you wish to cancel the delivery, you will still be liable for delivery and will be charged for the load if it cannot be used or diverted to another project.
What will the delivery cost be?
The delivery fee will be included in your price enquiry.
How many m³ are in a readymix truck?
We have 6m³ trucks and 8m³ trucks. You can order in one cube increments which will be delivered in a truck that has the capacity to carry either 6 cubes or 8 cubes.
What is a partial load charge and from what quantity will it be charged?
Any load under 5m³ will be charged a part load charge.
What is a final?
Is the last pour of an order, which is separate from the initial order. It is less than 5m³ of readymix concrete in order to complete your project. It needs to be ordered on the same day that the delivery of your initial order takes place.
How is Discharged/Offloading different from Handling?
Discharged or offloading refers to the process of unloading concrete from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper placement. Handling involves the subsequent activities, such as spreading and finishing the concrete at the construction site.
